Meet Ciara
Ciara was born and raised in Azusa, California. Her mother served as her first inspiration, and encouraged her to pursue a career in the fashion industry. Ciara spent her childhood looking at fashion magazines and sketching garments. In high school, she started sewing and art classes, while her love for fashion only increased. She graduated with honors from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in Apparel Merchandising and Management. She was personally selected to participate in the WGSN Future Makers Mentorship program in 2020-2021.
Ciara enjoys both the creative and analytical sides of the fashion industry. She has maintained her passion for over a decade, and cannot wait for what the industry's future has in store.
